As early as 1999, Anke and Andreas Carbon, the owners of Caravis Piktogrammsysteme, hit on the idea of simplifying cleaning processes using visual means. As a result, the two graduate hygiene technology engineers developed a unique, modular pictogram and logo system based on practical experience, so that every possible cleaning process can be implemented directly in the Office suite.

To date, the Caravis library comprises around 400 different symbols and is continually being updated and supplemented for customers, so that it always in line with the latest hygiene requirements.
